Sign In to Your Account

Visit the admin dashboard and sign in with your email. New users will be prompted to create an account or join an existing team via invitation.

Navigate to ContractDiff

Click on "Version Diff" in the sidebar under the ContractDiff section. This opens the comparison tool.

Upload Your Contracts

Upload the original contract (Version A) and the revised contract (Version B). Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, or paste text directly.

Run Comparison

Click "Compare" and wait for our AI to analyze both documents. This typically takes 5-30 seconds depending on document length.

Review Results

See the overall risk score, flagged clauses, and a side-by-side diff. Each change is categorized by type and severity.

Your First Comparison

Supported File Formats

  • PDF — Native text extraction or OCR for scanned documents
  • DOCX/DOC — Microsoft Word documents
  • RTF — Rich Text Format
  • Plain Text — Copy/paste directly into the editor

Tip: Best Results

For best accuracy, upload digital PDFs (not scanned images). If using scanned documents, ensure they are at least 300 DPI for reliable OCR.

Understanding the Diff View

After analysis, you'll see a side-by-side comparison with color-coded highlights:

  • Red text — Removed from the original (deletions)
  • Green text — Added in the revision (additions)
  • Orange text — Modified text (changed wording)
  • Blue highlight — Flagged clause requiring attention

Understanding Results

Risk Score

Every comparison produces an overall risk score from 0-100:

  • 0-30 (Low) — Minor changes, mostly formatting or clarifications
  • 31-60 (Medium) — Notable changes that should be reviewed
  • 61-80 (High) — Significant changes affecting terms or obligations
  • 81-100 (Critical) — Major changes that could materially impact your position

Always Review Critical Flags

Even if the overall score is low, always review any clauses flagged as "Critical". These often contain liability limits, indemnification changes, or termination modifications.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card details on our servers. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Invoice Payments (Enterprise)

Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. Contact sales@marketingstudios.in to set up invoice billing.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plans

Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Annual Plans

  • Within 30 days: Full refund minus any usage fees
  • After 30 days: No refund, but you retain access until the annual period ends

How to Cancel

  1. Sign in to your admin dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Data Retention

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe. After 30 days, all contracts and comparison history are permanently deleted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime and the new features are available immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Pro-rated credits are applied for upgrades; no refunds for downgrades.
What happens when I reach my comparison limit?
You'll see a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you can still view existing comparisons but won't be able to run new ones until: (a) your limit resets next month, or (b) you upgrade to a higher plan.
Is my contract data shared or used for training?
No. Your contracts are yours alone. We never share customer data with third parties, and we do not use your documents to train our AI models. All processing happens in isolated, encrypted environments. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I invite external collaborators (clients, outside counsel)?
Yes! Use the "Viewer" role to invite external stakeholders. They can view shared contracts but cannot upload, compare, or see any other company data. Viewer seats do not count toward your user limit.
